See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your results seem to be in the normal range.

You may need to get tested for autoimmune thyroid disorder. Sometimes the standard tests can be normal, testing for elevated thyroid antibodies will reveal autoimmune thyroid problems.

Normal TSH is from about 0.5 to 5.0. The lower the reading the active the thyroid is. TSH is made by the pituitary to drive the thyroid. If the thyroid is sluggish, pituitary makes more TSH, if it is overworking pituitary makes less.
