Muscle strain: you likely didn't do any stretching warm-ups before jumping around, correct? That puts you at risk of muscle strain. Ice should help for the first 24 hours if necessary as well as an NSAID.

Muscle torn?: YOu may have torn a muscle. If nothing else you may have strained a tendon. More likely related to muscle? One possibility? could be a torn popliteus? See your ortho for further advice
