I just used monistat 7 and it started burning so bad that i had to run and jump into the shower and wash it off of me. should i switch to vagisil?

See doctor: It sounds like you might be allergic to miconazole (the active ingredient in Monistat), or other ingredients. Or maybe it isn't a yeast infection -- for example if you have open sores due to herpes. Either way, best to recheck with the doctor treating you to confirm the diagnosis and perhaps prescribe different treatment. Don't use Vagisil unless your doctor advises it. Good luck!
