I don't know how to: access your picture,but,increasing redness,tenderness,and heat are all signs of inflammation ,which could indicate infection.Itchiness would lead in another direction of an allergic reaction.To be safe,you could take an antihistamine,which would help block any allergic component of your reaction,but that still leaves you uncovered for treatment for infection.This requires proper antibiotics.
