Hypopnea: Your breathing does not stop completely while you're sleeping, but you are not getting enough air to keep your blood sufficiently oxygenated. See your sleep physician foe Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy. I hope this helps.

Test results: The physician interpreting your test is best qualified to inform you of the significance of these findings, but the oxygen desaturation and frequent snoring may require an evaluation by an otolaryngologist to see if throat surgery or an appliance worn while sleeping is the best treatment for you especially if you experience daytime drowsiness or your loud snoring is a problem.
