I have gd, diagnosed at 24 weeks, was insulin resistand pre pregnancy.control gd with diet,numbers are in range.do i still need to deliver before 39w?

Not necessarily: If your blood sugars are well controlled and there are no other complications, you do not neccesarily need to deliver before 39 weeks just because of gestational diabetes. Your OB will be watching closely and let you know is there is a reason for early delivery. Best wishes to you and the baby.
