Yes: Some of the oral meds actually decrease the risk of miscarriage. Others do carry some risk and will need to be changed. There is also a chance that you will need to be put on insulin at some point in the pregnancy but you can with close monitoring have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Best of wishes.
