Hoarse?: i think it is a fancy medical term for raspy voice,hoarsness . it means that your vocal cord are failing to close completely, because the hyperfunction muscle pulling them apart.it si something voice therapy can solved. be cereful until you have a better control there is slim chance of aspiration that could lead to repiratery problems
