Unlikely: there are some cancers the mimic GB disease and are identified during such surgery

No: Usually, when one finds a cancer during or shortly after a procedure, it is because of heightened attention to an area, not because the operation caused the cancer. Having said that, there is a mild immunosuppression that occurs around the time of an operation, so any infection or cancer that is already present can grow a little faster during that time frame. But operations do NOT cause cancer.

No: trigger cancer where? as fas as i know removing the disease gallbladder does not triggerd cancer anywhere. some researcher thought the the bile dripping into the small bowel without the control of the gallbladder might increase the chance of colon cancer, gastric cancer, but that was proven to be wrong. so far the stastics does not support any increase of any caner after the removal of the GB.
