Are : Are you vomiting soon after you eat or drink something? Do you have pain in your abdomen after you eat? Diabetic patients are at higher risk for atherosclerotic disease of the arteries (hardening of the arteries) and it is possible that you have narrowing of the arteries to your intestinal track (celiac artery, superior mesenteric artery [sma], inferior mesenteric artery [ima]). If your symptoms fit the profile this problem can be diagnosed with a cta (computed tomography angiogram). This can be ordered by your primary care doctor or other doctors caring for you.
