On recent xray of wrist, it said recommend correlation and followup imaging what does that mean, more xrayx?

Correlation: means that the clinician should assess whether the clinical findings match the xray findings. It is kind of unnecessary for a radiologist to remind a clinician to correlate clinically, because that is the job of the clinician, but it is a common "recommendation" in xray reports nonetheless. Follow up imaging could mean more X-rays, or other imaging such as mri. It is unclear which.
