What does generalised reduction of small joint spacing mean? i had an x-ray on my right hand & fingers?

The X ray was done for a reason and the comprehensive information is with your clinician that would be able to explain to you better. The joint spacing is smaller may suggest that there is inflammation in the joint that reduced the joint spaces.
