Stop worrying: Liver from any source is loaded with cholesterol. Nobody's studied the impact of sesame seeds. But this stuff's trivial. Life's hard enough without feeling you need to make minor food choices worrying about a lab test. Cholesterol levels are mostly genetic and reflect the overall patterns of exercise and, to a lesser extent, diet. Stay fit and eat sensibly overall, & enjoy sesame if you want.
