No: Nor would you want to. The cholesterol your liver makes is exactly what your body needs (barring some metabolic defect). The cholesterol you eat may or may not be what you need. In the end, it's much better to eat a low fat, well-balanced diet and let your liver do it's job as intended.

Possibly...: I don't know if you can exactly 100% of your cholesterol from dietary sources, but cholesterol synthesis in your body (liver, adrenals, intestines) is cut back when you get higher dietary amounts.
