Variable: Neuroblastoma may pack bone marrow without changing the appearance of the bones, or it may create lesions in which bone is locally destroyed (osteolytic) or less often overdense (osteoblastic). Thankfully, we're curing many cases of this dread childhood tumor; hope things turn out well if a loved one is affected.
