A member asked:

Sir, actually one of my relative born with only one testicle so is there any chance of any disease and can he become a father of healthy baby..?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Undescended testis: Ideally, the testicle is either brought down from the abdomen region or removed in the first several months to couple of years after birth. This practice promotes fertility and prevents cancerous changes. That being said, men with one healthy normal testicle can still father children. Best wishes
