24 y/o acid reflux past, throat feels inflamed, swollen, food feeling stuck. ent saw nothing. i'm also hoarse. endoscopy next week what could this be?

Worse GERD: it sounds like your GERD is worse. It may be that you need to have an increase in your medication and buckling down on antireflux precautions. Hopefully you'll be able to tell more after the endoscopy. Stick with your current medications for now, and consider adding in extra Tums (calcium carbonate) when ever you have worse symptoms. Good luck.
