Years ago i had upper endoscopy to investigate chronic heart burn. they found signs of acid reflux and couple of nodules. one was on my throat. all benign. the last couple weeks i'm not sure if it's mucus or food caught in my throat. concerning?

You probably ought to be evaluated again by your GI doctor. Not sure what nodules you had or exactly where they were located so don’t know if this could lead to food getting caught or if this represents a new problem. The GI doctor would be able to figure out if food is indeed getting caught and what the treatment would be. You may need another endoscopy so see your GI doctor again. Good luck!
