3 month history of chest pain, dyspnea, and throat tightness. chest xrays, cpet, all fine. 1 month history of throat pain. nasal endoscopy showed swollen epiglottis and ent says silent reflux..concerned about throat cancer. should we do imaging?

For the throat symptoms workup I would abide by the advice of your ENT. If reflux is a problem you may also be experiencing an esophageal motility disorder or actual inflammation of the esophagus to account for the chest discomfort. For this portion of your workup I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist to obtain an accurate diagnosis and receive appropriate treatment & follow-up.
