Opiod clearance: Opiates like Lorcet (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) are metabolized by liver enzymes and eliminated by the kidneys, for the most part. It is unlikely under ordinary conditions that traces of opiates can be found in blood or urine after more than 72 hours, in your case.
