I suspect a family member of drug abuse. how easy is it to get alprazolam and lorcet (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) from physicians?

Very easy: These drugs are readily available from some physicians who may not be aware of the addiction potential of these drugs.
Dr. Romanth Waghmarae
Pain Management 39 years experience
Drug abuse: Its never easy to get medication from physicians. You should get your faily member to the doctor or addictionologist.
Dr. Pamela Pappas
Psychiatry 42 years experience
Unfortunately, some physicians prescribe very freely, sometimes without adequate evaluation. This is not good news about our profession, but to say it never happens would be untrue. I agree with taking the family member to an addictionologist.
