See below: There is a potential for increased drowsiness when taking these 2 medicines together. I would advise my patients not to drive or use heavy machinery if taking these medications. Talk with your doctor about this.

Use caution mixing any medications. If you do, only do it at home when the degree of effect upon your alertness will not be detrimental and you can decide if the combination is tolerable.
