TO KNIFE A NAIL BED: Sounds like a repeat procedure may be coming, especially if there is some toe nail left. But in situations like these, patients have best results when doing warm water soak 3 times/day, otherwise ensure area is clean & dry, give it plenty of exposure to air, & daily bandage changes (youtube instructions on best bandaging, almost all videos with over 50k views are reliable)
