YES!: There is no more reliable method for losing weight than a healthy diet and regular exercise. The best diet is not a temporary diet but permanent changes. It is not really: possible to reduce in specific spots on the body. The plan you mention is likely to create an overall weight loss and turn fat into muscle. All of this will benefit overall health and even how you look. Keep at it. Peace and good health.
