Back pain: Hi Lilly: There are many questions that a physician will have regarding back pain that will guide treatment options. If you have osteoarthritis, then physical therapy and back education will help you. Also safe pain medications like tylenol (acetaminophen) taken regularly can help. I have used acupuncture in some patients with good success. Good luck!
