Stretching: Touching toes can help. You can sit flat with legas out straight and lean forward and reach for the toes or you can stand and bend at the waist with knees straight and reach for the toes. Both of these help open space between vertebrae and stretch the back. If you want to be crazy and adventerous your can hang upside down for about 15 minutes every day. That helps reverse the compressive forces ex.
