May not be pimple: Be evaluated to clarify the diagnosis. Pimples on the lip are not as common as other issues. The" pimple" is more likely due to a herpes virus/ cold sore rather than acne. There are great prescription medications that can shorten the duration of the problem. Over the counter may help a little.
