Incomplete digestion: Interesting observation. Would suggest making sure you get the same amount of sleep every night, meaning that if you have to wake up early you compensate by going to sleep earlier. Also keeping a food log may help in deciding if your symptoms have to do with sleep time or type of food ingested in the second part of the day.
