Ringworm: Sounds like tinea corporus, or ringworm. These are usually well-demarcated, slightly raised, rough, itchy lesions. They can be round, oval, or irregularly shaped. Try OTC Lamisil (terbinafine) or Lotrimin twice daily for a week or two.
