Dermatitis : You seem to have a contact dermatitis. This can occur from a new detergent, new bathing soaps, new socks or shoes or some type of chemical that your skin has come into contact with that is causing inflammation in the skin. A simple was to treat this is to stop the offending chemical and try over the counter topical Hydrocortisone cream. Other talk to a dermatologist your pcp or a podiatrist.
