It can occur.: Scientific studies have been done to determine the effects of HCG on the LH surge and most have found no effect one way or another. However, I'm concerned that you still have a positive pregnancy test after a miscarriage. You may some remnants of the placenta in your uterus. This can cause infection, bleeding & other complications. Please get in touch with your OBGyn.
