Not that much motion: Fibroids are benign growths within the wall of the uterus. They are common...30-40% of women will develop them. The uterus is a slightly mobile organ so some slight movement of a mass might be felt if the uterus had slightly changed position. Also, a fibroid can grow on a stalk or be pendunculated and might be felt in a slightly different location. But you wouldn't feel a fibroid actively moving.
