Generally, yes ..: It is known that being well-nourished and carefully avoiding nutrient deficiencies can improve the success of TB treatment. Specifically, pyridoxine/vitamin B6 is routinely recommended. Most important would be to eat as nutritious/well-balanced diet as possible, but supplementing with a multiple vitamin should be fine. Other food supplements would need to be considered individually. Good wishes:)
