Eczema: Chronic itchy skin rash at night is certainly possible to be eczema. Sure would like to see it, other itchy rashes include contact dermatitis (from a detergent or dye) scabies, flea bites and many others. Each has a different treatment. As for oozing, you may well have a secondary infection with staph. I lost you on the last bit of the question, please ask again. You need a doc visit, definitely
