Active mobility...: ...assists GI transit, but honestly how many people do you see jumping up after a great restaurant meal to walk a marathon? Eating healthy food in moderation, avoiding tobacco, minimizing alcohol ingestion, & exercising routinely will have considerably more impact on digestion and your overall sense of well being than your posture after a meal.
