Nose bleeds: If you don't have high BP you must see an ENT specialist. He may cauterize the inner lining of your nose. You also may have hemorrhoids - see your doctor and depending on your age even colon cancer.

See a doctor: The combination of both these symptoms can have simple or complex explanations, but a visit to the doctor is CRUCIAL. You need to get a complete blood count b/c if your platelets are low from a leukemia (blood cancer), you could be prone to bleeding in your nose and your bowels, which can cause both issues, including the iron deficiency anemia. Get checked out ASAP.
