My son has had a nose bleeding for 2 days and nights, it's not severely bleeding but time to time there is blood in his nose, should i be worried?

Mgt.: If there is no bruising, bleeding in other areas, the source of the bleeding may be localized. Keep the nasal passages moist with nasal saline gel or spray, mist humidifier, and please let your PCP know.

No: Nose bleeds common at this time of year. Try benadryl at bedtime and normal saline frequently. A room humidifier may help.
