Batter Up.: When you say you sprained your wrist; where did that diagnosis come from. If it was from a physician, then he probably advised you already as to your limitations. If it was from the grounds keeper then that is another story. Sprains can be very mild to very severe. The mild ones can be iced rested and splinted and in a weeks time its better. If any doubt, then have it looked at by your physician.
