No: If you have penile discharge would get it checked.

No: it is possible to have a wide range of symptoms with a UTI, ranging from no symptoms whatsoever, too cloudy or foul smelling urine, abdominal pain, fever, or flank pain. Most people who have a UTI do not have discharge, in fact. That might be more indicative of an STD instead. If you have problems, get checked out. Good luck.

No but: Get to see a urologist very soon. Sexually transmitted diseases are notorious for these symptoms.
