Very Possible: Yeast infections are very common in women who are taking or who have just finished a course of antibiotics. The antibiotics kill off some of the normal bacteria in the vagina, and the yeast is able to grow unchallenged. Once you get to the end of your antibiotics, either see your doctor or buy an over-the-counter yeast infection medication.

Candidiasis: Vaginal candidiasis or a "yeast infection" commonly occurs when taking antibiotics and most commonly presents as the discharge you described - sometimes there is discomfort. Miconazole or Monistat usually will cure this and can be purchased at most drug stores.
