I used public toilet and didn't realise until i had stood up that there was dried blood on the seat. could i catch something? i have no sores.

Probably not: assuming you have no skin breaks yourself, the odds of catching something in this situation is very unlikely. It would be good to wash off well at the earliest possible chance you have, however. Good luck.

Unlikely: unless you got that blood in contact with open cuts or mucous membranes, the chances of contracting a transmit-able disease is extremely low. Be careful in the future.

Chances are slight: I doubt that dried blood from the toilet seat will transmit an infection. But to cover all bases keep an eye on the area that came in contact with the dried blood for a week and if you see nothing unusual you should be OK.
