No: There are many causes for fever such as bacterial infection, viral infection, problems with the normal functioning of your body and the effects of some drugs. Damp air by itself won't cause fever, but being exposed to bad weather can stress your body. This might lower your resistance to a virus or bug that you might otherwise fight off. Hope this helps.
