See a doctor?: I know that doesn't sound terribly ingenious but I believe it's the best answer. How do you even know it's an ear infection if you've not been seen? Many things can cause an "off balance feeling." The choice of medications (if necessary) may also depend on many other things that you've not mentioned. Only your doctor will know best what to prescribe..if anything...good luck.

See ear doctor: hydrate yourself very well take zyrtec during the day, and benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night. take i tablespoon of local honey from the farmer market every day. drink hot water or tea, with a lemon and honey daily. if the ear is painful,or you are having a fever,or chills or noticed any drainage from the ear see your PCP or see ENT specialist.
