Abdominal discomfort: Abdominal discomfort aggravated by movement more often is due to abdominal muscle strain/inflammation. However a more serious situation is when there is inflammation of an abdominal organ like the appendix,gall bladder,colon,etc and this inflammation is associated with tenderness and can also be worsened with motions of the abdomen and It would be most important to be examined by a physician
