A member asked:

My right foot is numb,, is it nerve damage its been like that two days, is it because i jump rope. i go to the gym every day and im physically fit.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Generic response: Could be injury to localized nerve secondary to exercise. If over outside foot, could be sural nerve, but over sole of foot, tarsal tunnel issue, over dorsum of foot near great toe, dorsal sensory branch of peroneal nerve. Maybe a visit to your doctor can clarify. Minor nerve issues can be transient and reversible.
