Connection...: A central theme is the degree to which one feels connected to what matters most to that individual - this may be religion, family, a sense of helping others, nature, etc. Connection may be achieved through activities, such as meditation, prayer, being present with loved ones, etc. If guidance is needed it may be worth talking to a medical professional, a religous leader, or close social support.
