Balanced diet: A diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low in saturated fats, no tobacco and no more than one drink a day. A vegetarian diet that contains dairy products is more than adequate to provide optimum nutrition. There is one food that would meet the requirements you stated.
