Trauma: What a great question.Trauma can have both positive and negative effects on spirituality. Because safety, self worth, and meaning can be disrupted by trauma, survivors sometimes question their beliefs. On the other hand, faith can help survivor extract meaning out of their experiences. I have had many discussions with veterans about what their faith means in the context of their service. Blessings.
