May be serious: I see this question submitted twice. I'm guessing you are very concerned. If you are having any shortness of breath or chest pressure, or jaw ache, I would take an aspirin and call an ambulance now. Feeling a bounding pulse can mean heart palpitations. If you are completely comfortable then it may not be important. Women' heart attack symptoms are sometimes unrecognized. Be cautious. Good luck!
