What can cause chronic sinus without mucus? my left side is blocked, can't breath thru there for years, no mucus, soon ent!

Structural: Nasal congestion may be physiologic such as infection, inflammation, allergy or structural such as deviated nasal septum. Given the unilateral symptoms, structural seems most likely. Your otolaryngologist will examine for this problem in addition to turbinate hypertrophy, polyps or nasal mass.

Obstruction: Anything than can obstruct the passage, commonly seen in practice polyps and deviated septum, can cause your symptoms. An ENT exam is appropriate and should answer your question.
